No guarantees that any of the following options will work each time, but one of them will work eventually, just keep trying. Have the mod downloaded and ready for install and ensure that the non modded game apk is from an advertisement or a 3rd party site like appbrain.com or applion.jp (no guarantees that you'll get the NSFW but keep trying.) You can also try downloading from the Google Play Store website rather than the app. Once install begins , you can check its progress from the app. That sometimes works as well.
1. Once the install gets to about 60%, install the modded apk at the same time. The modded apk will install faster. Open the game and check for voiceover option.
2. Once the install gets to about 60%, cancel the installation from the play store and quickly install the modded version.
3. Install the Play Store version all the way. Check to see if you have nsfw then uninstall and quickly install modded version.

I just use method 1 but i got problem with timing the installation percent so i only success after 3 try, i haven't try method 2 and 3 for this game yet but i did with other games and method 3 is my favorite. But if method 3 don't work then i'll try method 1 then 2. If none of them work then i got method 4 which is overwrite the game file with file from nsfw version for example PDData, DataInfo or Frameworksetting, it's vary depends on each game but still some game i just simply can't get nsfw version after try all of it so hopefully someone can find another way to get them and share with everyone.

They're take effect immediately after you enter the game, the first girl will show up with sexier outfit in the second image instead of the first one, you can read comments above to know how to get nsfw version

Like I got the NSFW, but now at lv 17 it the same as on Iphone. (So not sure why everyone is so keen on the NSFW when it only first 4 levels of some of them?)
