I found SMAPI Loader that doesn't check google play store. To read the tutorial translate the page from Russian to English with your browser feature.

Extract the zip files and install the launcher apk, open the launcher and install SMAPI version 4.3.2.5 zip, install the mods from the launcher and start the game. Works for me.
